Description

This document is a detailed account of the 67 material objects found at the home of Annie Taliaferro. Taliaferro lived in Barry Farms at the corner of Stanton Road and Suitland parkway at the turn of the twentieth century. She is assumed to be a formerly enslaved person though she became a property owner. The document was created in support of a proposal for the accession of the items to the Anacostia Community Museum.
