Description
This interview with James Morris was recorded at the Southeast Veterans' Services Center in Washington, DC.
Morris, a veteran of the United States Air Force, was stationed in Thailand during the Vietnam War. During his time there, four U.S. bases were attacked by the Vietcong who traveled through Cambodia.
Morris sustained a head injury during his basic training, which made him confused. He has frequently sought a cure for this.
Morris notes that experience has taught him to always look at what's behind the reasons presented for something.
